Yeah, I dont see this happening anytime soon, as long as common sense is the guiding principle you can guarentee that people will be questioning the legitimacy of the 29" wheel. People are sick of the bike industry pushing stupidity down our throats in an effort to reinvent their product line...

I will say though if you trace the ROOTS of Vans, Etnies or DC you'll find any and all action sports at the core, you sure cant say that about nike. Im just saying reward...

2/19/2010 11:06am I respectfully disagree, when a company with NO roots in mountain biking can stroll in with there check book open and buy a niche I think it says something about their intentions. There doing the same thing in skateboarding, bmx and motocross.....the main stream has dryed up for nike, they are now targeting consumer groups the same way Walmart targets...

WOW! That brings back memories for sure. A couple things I noticed: Mag 21's everywhere, Lycra, way too much lycra, Lopes, EC, Hans, Fuzzy, Foster and Hoffman all still killin it today and I didnt see a single foampit. Thanks for the Post, much appreciated. Now, what about Cheese!
