How in the heck could the officials allow the DH to be scored to the 1/1000 when transponders were being used? Transponders are never that accurate and are not used for timing at any UCI events. Jeesh!

7/21/2010 12:06pm Unfortunately, USAC and UCI have rules that are wide open to interpretation and an official at one race can enforce completely differently than another. Until one, the other, or both of the governing bodies sit down and take responsibility for clarifying their rules, it'll always be a wiggle room decision. I wish they'd come up with a jury format much...
