There's a nice selection of mounting options, though they each run about $20 a piece and none are included with the camera. I run the goggle strap mount the most as it can be easily adjusted or removed. The downside to the helmet mounts is that once you stick the mount on your helmet, it can't be moved or transferred...

I've been using the Vholdr, and have been pleased with the results. One thing I have noticed is the better the lighting, the better the quality. http://www.vimeo.com/5869064 This is the regular Vholdr, not the new HD, though the HD seems to be a nice step up.
