That's not what he's advocating them for though - he says recovery days, in other words days when you want to stay in i1/i2, which an ebike is perfect for, having more freedom where you can ride on days when you need to restrict your HR. Where I live, it's all up or down, so in the past it was go hard or stay home and rest, where with an ebike I can have those intermediate days, keeping it easy but still getting to go up into the mountains and come back down on the fun trails. I am loving all the opinions from 'Mericans who assume companies like Radon are small just because they don't know much about them. Mountain biking is big business in Germany and there are some big, wealthy companies out there.
