Nice feature Vital. BTW - is it just a coincidence that the Slash green/black and Vital's color scheme are identical?!? I'm going to start calling this bike the Slash Vital.

Tires on this bike were setup as tubeless, so flatting not so much of a concern, but getting to lower pressures for lower traction situations would be a concern... I got to take a couple runs on this bike and it was INSANE! Nimble would be an understatement.

8/12/2011 1:35pm Haha! Sweet. Thanks Brandon. This seems like the tip of the iceberg to me, the possibilities are so great when technology like virtual reality headsets or caves become available. Looking through a 2D rectangular portal (my monitor) is reducing the level of immersion... I'm imagining a golf ball sized device on top of a helmet recording this stuff in HD...

Gave me goosebumps hearing Fabien announce his retirement, and then seeing the reaction of the crowd. Such a class act! Much respect for the man. Terrific coverage Sven, Gary and Vital! Next best thing to being there!

I'm a single ring kinda guy... honestly wanted to see the 9 tooth thing that Monster/Spec boys were playing with pan out, and then someone offer a 9-36 casette and stick with my 32 up front...that would be dialed!

Agree with all the other comments. Great job! Is this Vitorio dude getting all these shots and editing and making these vids solo??? Pretty amazing the qty and variety of the shots in there. He's gotta be at it non-stop.

Awesome pics Ki! Thoroughly enjoyed the event, and whole weekend's worth of riding. Congrats to Nathan on his win! I hope the rest of the Oregon Super D series is just as good as this first race.
