First of all... something must have slipped through the cracks, because we never want to leave anyone hanging. We happen to be using an entirely different carbon facility since the frame you owned. But even within one bike model coming out of the same exact tooling, we will adjust process and layup over time to attempt to address issues we see out in the real world. It depends on the majority of the type of riding you plan to do. It's easy to overbike yourself for those few bike park trips a year and choose something that's not as ideal for your everyday riding. For starters, I know I'm not the only person that has noticed the very chippy paint they use. So I'd say they change the paint brand or add paint hardener to it or something. I'm not a paint-ologist but over the course of my many different bikes and brands, by far this current paint job is the least durable.
