The first round of the Victorian Downhill State Series was held on the weekend, it was typical Melbourne weather, rain one second, sunshine the next, which made for a good tacky track, the track itself is sub 2 minutes, but you have to be pretty ballsy to hit all the A lines. The second round of the VDHS was back at Sheppartang this season, held on the 5-6th of November, the track was dry, loose, and quick. There was a much larger rider attendance this year compared to last, many wanting to find out for themselves what Shep was all about... and many found out the hard way. The first round of the Aussie Gravity Cup was held at Thredbo on the 9th to 11th of December, world class riders and lots of punters came from all states of Australia to try and take the title. Young gun Troy Brosnan ended up cleaning out Elite Men, infront of team mate Sam Hill and crowd favorite Jared Graves. Just asked Troy a few questions at the first round of the Australian Gravity Cup at Thredbo. What a year. 2011 was huge for me, met a whole bunch of new people, made some new friends, went to some awesome places and had a shitload of fun, that's what it's all about. Bring on 2012.
