Yes. The templates took a day basically
Templates are everything in this kind of job. The time i said is only the application. Designing the stickers took half a day i'd say.

Actually the fork came stock with the bike. We were about to change it for a lyrik but talked with one of our customers, a famous fork technician and he said that yari is actually pretty much a heavier lyrik, and since this build is all about the looks and performance, we kept it. Maybe a ohlins rear shock and fork will be the right option for the future

For the wheels, fork, shock and cranks i would say 1 hour. And 1 hour extra to stick the frame kit since is way more difficult
