I've been riding these for a few months, and they are my go to pads, at least for non-Summer temps. I had been riding the Rapha pads, but I was looking for something with a bit more protection. The extra foam around the edges is appreciated, but it does make the pad warmer. These are definitely sweatier than the Rapha pads, which, to be fair, are the most comfortable pads to ride in that I have experienced. Coming from Giro and Specialized helmets, I found the fit on the Speedframe Pro to be really oval.....there is no contact across the forehead, leaving the front pads by your brows to do a lot of work, and eventually create some irritation. You also don't feel as locked in when you tighten up the boa, though I can't say that the helmet slipped at all during riding. It feels like the helmet shell is larger than what I am used to, feeling looser than my Giro without the boa tightened. A friend with the Speedframe Pro noticed the same thing...

I am one of the lucky ones whose pedals are misbehaving. I tried two different pairs of shoes, and in both cases, dirt buildup through the ride results in no release. We'll see how the update performs....I hope it works, because other than the small issue of being locked in, I like the pedals.

What is the thing on Troy's top tube that you can see at 5:29? It looks like a piece of plastic with a gold bolt.
