unless, if you think about it, if he messes up in the streets, he wrecks others as well, whereas in the woods, he wrecks himself and not be nuisance to others

All that bike skill with zero brain skills! Riding with no helmet, into oncoming head-on traffic with a NYC bus is not wise at all! Just dumb all around.

Everyone knows wheelies are cool - that's a staple fact of bikes. They are fun to do and impressive to watch without a doubt. But, this dude is a serious dbag on a bike and rides recklessly on city streets. I was only impressed that he never got hit/run over. It's good when people do something unique, but this just left me shaking my head. This is an example of being just on the line of "ok": http://www.12oclockboys.com/

I fully approve of and endorse Chris Kovarik. Need a new downhill track? Invite Chris Kovarik to your local mountain, place him where you want the start gate, then point and tell him "That way." He should have it finished in 3 to 5 minutes depending on tectonic shift / continental drift.

What makes this harder to watch was the fact that we have a riding buddy, a very good friend, who actually passed away years ago due to the same injury (ruptured his femoral artery after crashing on a DH practice).
