Does anyone know when Straightline will be releasing their hydraulic gyro. It's been in the making for a year or 2. A video from 2011 or 2012 they sounded like they had the thing almost perfect. I would think it should be coming out soon.

I'm going to make the switch to clipped in tomorrow so I'll be used to it when racing starts up, I'm going to use my dads shoes to practice but I want to buy some of the Vans Warner shoes. It says they are spd compatible. Will I be able to run them with Crank Brothers pedals?

On my dirt jumper the frame has horizontal dropouts but does not have built in chain tensioners like most new frames do, and it has a quick release so the wheel shifts sometimes even if I have the quick release skewer really tight. I really don't know much about freeride/downhill shocks in terms of which brands are good. I would just set it up to suit you an run it till it gives you problems.

This seems like a good price, how rough are your trails? If there pretty smooth and you want to just use if for jumps and pump tracks you would probably have a blast on a slope style bike. Or you could even get a full on dirt jumper with single speed if your want something for only jumping, but if...

Judgeing from the new Voltage on Scott's website seems awesome for doing what you're talking about I would love to ride one of those. You could probably use it for some mellow downhill too. How old is the one you found?
