I run it with a single speed hub so it only has 6 gears, just using 2/3 of a cassette, stronger wheel as it is evenly dished, just the gear cable bolt gets close to the spokes so if it was built a bit offset would add a bit of a safety buffer in there. Did you just model the original dropout and then redesign it? What's your next project?

That is insane, such impressive craftsmanship. Think you could do a geared 142x12 for a DT Swiss RWS with increased hanger offset (outwards) and make it work with a Hope SS hub? That would be my dream setup
