Probably a good move for Gwin. Clearly Spesh is willing to back him with their team of lawyers as this looks like it will turn into a lawsuit by Martin and TWR. The reality is though that it won't change anything and Gwin will ride Spesh and win. Sucks for TWR but that's life. I like the Yeti comment...Trek is now grooming top racing talent only to lose them to the likes of sinyard and co. Capitalism, yo! We haven't seen anything like this in DH for quite some time. Keeps it interesting.
