Rad! since I am headed off to college next fall I figured I'd drop down to just one bike and living in the mid-west, a slacked out top fuel will get the job done in almost every situation.

Great information man! Good to know about the fork situation as I am planning on using my build as a mini trail bike so I will stick with a 130mm fork. I have both a '22 top fuel 9.8 which I raced XC with this past season and a built slash but I am looking to sell my slash and build the tf into a gnarly short travel machine. Also thanks for the reply!

Sweet build! Any reason that you decided to go with the 190x45 over the 185x50 shock? Also, Treks website says that you can only fit a 130mm fork on the top fuel, have you had any issues running the 140mm? Last thing, What was the mounting hardware used to mount the rear shock as I am thinking of doing a similar build to yours here. Sorry for the bombardment of questions!

How does it ride? I am wanting to do the same thing to mine and I was wondering what mounting hardware was used with the shock?
