Everyone complained about Fox's rear CTD shock. It was horrible and never worked. That is why it is already completely discountinued and replaced with all their new dampening setups, none of which say CTD on them anymore. The DPS stuff is a much better, working, shock. My brother and I also have Spartans and they pedal great. Much better than any FSR bike we've had go through our store, and as good as the VPP brands that we stock. DW simply makes a better bike. I even put the new Fox 170 enduro fork on mine, and love pedaling it.

6/17/2015 9:27pm I'd like to see one of these just on the debonair. Got one on my new devinci spartan and so far it's terrible. Can only setup one of the 3 positions to work right. Has the same problems everyone hated about the CTD fox shox. It is impossible to get all three modes to work well. I have to pedal in a too soft trail mode to get a comfortable descend mode. If i set up climb mode to feel good, descend mode is way too stiff
