Nice review - good to get a direct back to back with the same brand which the only way to get close to a fair rim material comparison. Helps keep me happy with my existing aluminium rims 🙂

Quick tech question, as it's unclear on your site: are the TRS Plus wheels also using a newly designed rim and the SL Race hub? Dug around in the tech articles on your site, but that wasn't totally clear. This would all be great info to share on the product listings.

I'd been looking at e-thirteen wheels for a little while as a good low/mid budget wheel for a current build. There still seems to be a lot of negative opinions floating around, but mainly about wheels that don't exist in their lineup anymore. Ended up going with a set of the TRS Plus trail wheels, so here's to hoping they hold up as well as the LG1 Plus/Race sets reviewed here. If so, I'll be sure to correct whatever negative opinions are still floating around. For $450 to my door with their current sale, I don't think I could have...
