Such a shame KONA is not dedicated to its customers. I have been battling with them over a warranty issue for over 2 months. It also doesn't help that they have a D- rating according to the BBB (Better Business Bureau) due to warranty issues. I hope they take a page from Hope Tech Bikes in UK about customer service, and start standing behind the product they sell.
