The Steve Peat Syndicate team attends the third round of the Halo British Downhill series at Glencoe, Scotland. Known for being one of the most technically challenging tracks on the UK circuit, Glencoe takes its toll on the SPS riders. Out of the 16 riders on the program only 6 competed in the finals. 3 Riders were claimed by practice and a couple were already out for the season, Brad Swinbank broke his wrist in practice and similarly Irvin Creighton broke his hand in practice for the second time this year. Despite the injuries and a few broken chain devices...

Its the end of another successful season for the Steve Peat Syndicate and the SPS find themselves celebrating this with a day of fun in and around Sheffield. Catch up with the whole team as well as Josh Bryceland as they tear round the newly built Parkwood Springs, an inner city trail centre, race go-karts just down the road and finish the day off with burgers and beers at Peaty's own residence. Not quite, it used to be only juniors on trade teams that didn't require points. The 20 point rule stands for everyone I believe. It used to be a lesser amount, 5 points I think? Brad Benedict with his Specialized S-Works Demo 8. Brad was a test rider during the carbon Demo's development so he has been on one since their beginnings. He brought the black beast to Vital MTB Moto day to make us jealous and run us through his setup. Enjoy the photos and specs and listen to the audio clip towards the bottom of the page.

I can't trust Benedict's decisions for bike set up if he thinks those glasses are a good idea.

Awesome App. Just bought it for so many reasons. Poaching Victors angles on my visits may just be one of them :-) Seriously i have purchased so many out of date MTB tour books for ten times the price that just don't come close. Nice work Victor.
