Additional Info

This is the first Devlin e-mtb which is using the Maxon Air S system. Pictured here without the drive system installed but using a motor delete bottom bracket and normal cranks. Has full steel construction using heat treated 316ss 3D printed parts and 4130 tubing. Down tube was folded up from 0.9mm 4139 sheet. Current fork is set at 180mm but getting a new air shaft to run it at the intended 150 or 160mm. Rear travel is 150mm.

Head angle is 64.5 degrees with a 150mm fork. 475 reach with 445 rear centre. Basically is Jester Enduro geo with slightly shorter travel. The bike pedals very well without the motor installed and will be a rocket with it in. Like the jester handle sthe fast chunk nicely.

Weighed 18.4kg with XT cranks instead of teh Atlas cranks. Expected to be able to stay under the 23kg weight once I get the drive unit installed. Motor delete weighs approx. 0.5kg and Maxon drive unit and battery weighs 4.8kg. It also now has Race Face Aeefect wheels and new Pirelli Scorpion Emperor Enduro tyres on it.
