Is it just me or are the prices on their Pro models starting to creep up there? I thought it was about value but if you have $7500 to play with there are comparable bikes.

From what I have been told there will not be one. Too many warranty issues than they liked for the 26 version.

Went to grad school in Oz. His local bike store is where I worked. If I remember correct some Quebecixan stole his first Advanti at the worlds and they had to weld him a second one. I think it was made in Europe. Can not find a picture of it.

Gwin to Advanti. Sorry, being an Kiwi I thought you might find that humorous. First dh bike I ever rode was Rennie's Advanti. What a big ass rear shock on that sucker.

Love to see Gwin on this bad boy. Cesar is working with KTM again, is the bike or the moto brand he is with? I know he was worked a few times with the MX company on chassis development.

The VPP just became "free" this past January. Patents can only be used in N.A. for 20 years. I remember reading that Santa Cruz did not even pay the fee's for the last VPP patent change, 6,488,301. I had a look on their web site. I see no North American sales. That might get them past the VPP patent. It is like all those brands that used the "Specialized" patent. All they did was wait until it expired in the States.
