Is this the first idler bike in the modern era to win a WC DH? Can’t remember if any of the Cannondale’s were... I think maybe Perakis won one on an idler equipped ATZ bitd. Anyone?

Riding one of these now in Nor-Cal. It rips downhill, and climbs like a fast 100mm bike. Just blew up the OE Fox 32 float after 27 hours (fail) but getting a Kashima coat upgrade from Fox (win). Underrated trail bike of the year for sure.
