With the southwest getting absolutely dumped with snow, it was time to get out on some Fat bikes and make the most of it. 3 ft of snow later, we got too it. While it is hard to carry much speed on the fat bikes, they are a totally different kind of fun as you can roll over pretty much anything!

All the best footage from the year of riding with the best people around! We managed to check of most of Colorado, New Mexico and Utah this year, and its only getting better!

I can see the advantage of a long DH bike with big wheels, but I would like to see the return of bike park oriented DH bikes. I am not a fest series rider, not even close, but would like to improve my style on the bike, throw it more sideways in the air, pop the front wheel with ease, take sharp corners at speed, and have fun. Riding on a bigger bike sets me on straight lines, I just follow where it takes me. Just as the enduro bikes that aimed to climb like an XC bike, I wish...

I have been riding a Yeti SB-66 with a 160mm fork for the last few years and it honestly is a quiver killer. I use it for XC to full downhill races, and feel completely comfortable. I also know that if I truly feel out of my element on a truly gnarly course, I can just throw a fox 40...
