Thanks for the replies. Frame is an Ibis Ripmo and everything with the frame is good. I currently have the fox x2 installed and there are no weird noises. I see now from everyone else that the clicking noise is normal, although annoying. The rubbing sound was actually the tire rubbing against the frame's seat tube. I'm embarrassed to admit...

I know I’m a little late to this thread but my EXT Storia Lok 3 has been making some CRAZY noises. Mine has the annoying click but it also has a weird grinding sound when the shock is rebounding back up as well as a horrible bottoming out sound.
