Hmm...first thanks for helping. I am 235lb/105kg at 6,4ft/196cm and also riding a Patrol in XL. Nice bike with enough space to play and work with the bike. At the moment I ride a SR Suntour Auron with a stock Monarch Plus, 4 instead of 2 Spacer and around 300psi. Using 90 to 95% travel at the local bikepark here in germany, but there aren't that big jumps like you may expect. Only well shaped drops and doubles, no big stuff. You use the most of the travel in the braking bumps before the corners. I may want to upgrade...
