Appreciate the reply Benjamin! That sounds great. I really like the idea of the pedals as a weight weenie but the design of just bushings and no bearings has me skeptical. As you said there is a weight limit and I happen to hover on that limit which just persuades me to look elsewhere. The search for light, reliable pedals goes on. Really like your build by the way, love the small details such as the seat clamp! Cheers

Hey Jibb! For context I've ridden and raced DH for around 12 years, owned a few bikes and definitely a few different pedals over the years. I'm extremely specific when it comes to set-up and keeping my bikes in good working order/taking care of them I've had the pedals on there for around 18months now and have loved them since day 1. The grub screws have not been replaced, which I may have to do soon. I've probably averaged around 80km/week on it, with closer to 120km/week for the last 3 months. To be fair there is a rider weight...
