I ride clips on all my bikes. Started out flats on my DH bike, but lack of smooth handling through east coast rocks caused my foot to come off and could never slide back into the money spot. So I ordered a POC helmet. (Not the carbon one) Its great so far, doesn't itch and has great air circulation. I was the only one who didnt have fogging goggles.

I have the new blindside as my first DH/Freeride bike, and its awesome. Looked at some other DH bikes but decided the durable frame would be much better for when I crash compared to thin alloy frames. With the Boxxer WC, its pretty sweet.
