Oh I 100% agree I’ve had my replacement insurgent for over 3 years now and don’t have one complaint. Just couldn’t believe their willingness to turn there back on everyone who purchased a bike from them but hey business is business and sometimes you have to make a tuff call to keep the doors open

Maybe some in the staff got ripped off by one of their pre insurgent frames. I bought a uprising, had a manufacturing defect and had to fight tooth and nail for warranty replacement. At one point I was told they didn’t care if this experience made them loose a future buyer. So there is that...

KHS did, I think it was on pink bike a year or two back when 29er where getting big again and before 27.5. They said it was amazing for the rough and holding speed but handled like a semi. It was a video but I can't find it.
