Does anyone care about NST?

Watch it "live" 3 months later when everyone has definitely forgotten about it? Sick.

I think it’s incredible for snowboarding, but why wait so long. Give us the cut the next day or next week. I’m with you that 3 months is too long. But I did enjoy watching it last year, just wish it wasn’t so delayed. It loses its luster with time in my opinion.

I follow the snowboarding event very closely, I love the build-up (when athletes ride at Revelstoke and surrounds, also the head-to-heads they did last year), I was really impressed with the ski version they did last year (it felt like a FWT but with a refreshingly new venue).

The bike version somehow lacks the hype. It might be because the whole big-bike-slopestyle-course thing is pretty well locked down by the Fest series, and the NST course just doesn't have the same scale or speed, while also not having much technicality...

The snow version feel like they're pushing the envelope, allowing athletes to really show their skills. The bike version feels like it's playing catch-up to other events (or even some public jumps tbh). Maybe once they do catch up I'll be interested?

That was my jumping off point. It was pretty on the nose.
