Belt drive tensioner options

I'm working on a very dumb single speed bike park project for fun in the off season, similar to the Balfa build I did a few years ago. During all the belt drive releases the last month or two, I realized looking at the frame that its easily compatible with a belt, minus a way to tension it as it moved through the travel. I did contact Gates for options, but as they don't currently have a tensioner option, they couldn't help much.

Before I go grinding away on a homemade jank set up to test, has anyone ever come across an aftermarket ISCG mount bent tensioner? I've searched but I haven't had any luck yet. Pinion has a smart one but it seems like its specific mount for the gear box.

I have made my own single speed belt park bike and just used the Pinion BT-1 tensioner. There are multiple holes and you can get them to line up with ISCG. Before that i was using the Zerode tensioner and then just drilled an extra hole to line it up.

Here is the bike here - https://www.vibebikes.co.nz/

Surly Singulator with a custom smooth roller to interface with the top of the belt?

I was thinking that or the Alfine, but the ground clearance of the ISCG tab mount is pretty nice

That is great news. I'll have to check it out then, it was just an expensive leap to make on a hope. Thanks very much for the post, those are some rad bikes.

Did you have a preference between the pinion or zerode?
