2022 Levo Turbo Pro Gen3, I'm hearing a rattle when I'm ripping down hill from my rear suspension (I think). It sounds like something is lose but every thing is tight, I have checked it several times. I know motors have rattled in the past but is suppose to be fixed on the Gen3? I can't figure out where it is coming from but it is pissing me off on my rides! Anyone else have this problem or have a solution? Thanks
I have this too, on an Expert carbon, shop told be to wrap the harness under the TCU in motofoam, used bubble wrap & was still there, so next have swapped out the dropper post as it has side to side play, thinking that was the fix. But it’s still bugging me. Knocks on descents over roots etc. But really shows up on hard xc type trails, chattering from what seems to be rear suspension. Perhaps it is the motor at fault? Or the battery? 12 months old seems too early to be a bearing
These mopeds cost as much as a decent used car and are still jank factories. Bike industry got us good.
You should contact the governing body in your state that regulates the sale of motor vehicles for recourse.
The battery at the top of near the head tube can cause a rattle that will drive you nuts trying to solve it. The battery expander wears down over time which allows the battery to move just enough to cause a rattle. You can adjust it or even stick some padding under it to stop the rattle.
