Bikes Then and Now: 2001-2002, Andrew Neethling on a GT I-Drive DHi 2

How did you get this bike?
My great friend from home, Spook, and Reg who were working with GT at the time are to thank for this!! Man, I can't tell you how excited I was for this bike. Easily the most excited I have ever been! I had seen it being raced by the big pros like Peaty and Barel.

What was your favorite thing about it?
Everything. It seemed like the bike was way ahead of its time back then. My favorite thing though was how damn quiet it was!
