what are the best hydraulic brakes on the market and which ones are best for the cheapest price??? I need brakes for my dirt jumper

What's your budget? There are a lot of options. Most djers only run one brake, which may save you some coin.

yea same here, Ive been looking at avid elixir 5s. Does anyone have an opinion on those?

The Elixirs would be a good choice. Cheap but they have several of the fancy features the more expensive versions do.

I'd advise against getting anything not made by one of the well known brake manufacturers (avid, shimano, hayes, magura, hope). You won't be able to get replacement parts easily, and most off-brand brakes perform really poorly.

I rode a bike with the clark brakes and they performed really well but i haven't tried the knew elexir yet so i will look more into them
