New RockyMounts SplitRail hitch rack carries two bikes and with RockyMounts’ single bike add-ons it can be expanded to carry three or four (max capacity: 120 lbs). Bike trays can be laterally offset to avoid seat/handlebar interference and its front wheel ratcheting system holds any type of bike with a tire diameter of 20-29 inches and width of up to three inches. Integrated retractable cable locks come standard to lock bikes to the rack, and another lock to lock the SplitRail to the receiver hitch (lock cores and keys included). Also features RockyMounts’ proprietary anti-wobble system for a tight rack-to-receiver fit.

Made of 6063 aluminum and chromoly steel, the SplitRail weighs a comparatively light 43 pounds, making it easy to attach and remove. Its low profile design folds cleanly against the back of any vehicle and conserves space in the garage when not in use. Comes with a wall-mount storage hook, and is available in 1.25” and 2” receiver versions.
