Up until today, one of the most common complaints about the Cane Creek DBair was that it was too progressive for some bikes. The new XV (extra volume) air canister solves that problem.
By adding more air volume to the canister, the DBair becomes more linear, making it a better fit for frames with significantly progressive leverage curves. This will allow DBair users to ride with more high speed compression while still allowing full travel of the bike.
The new DBair XV is available in these shock lengths:
- 200 x 57mm (7.87 x 2.25”)
- 215 x 63mm (8.5 x 2.5”)
- 240 x 76mm (9.5 x 3.0”)
