THE PROCESS 246 is the natural next step for young riders leveling up, carrying the same DNA that made our Process line award-winning. Built to optimize performance for smaller bodies without compromising capability, it’s everything we wanted in a young shredder’s bike. The Process 246 is highly tunable—whether you’re adjusting for rider size, style, or terrain. Named for its ability to run matching 26” wheels or a mixed 26”/24”, it rolls confidently through all terrain. We spec’d brakes with adjustable throw so smaller hands can reach levers comfortably and brake with precision. Add intuitive suspension, great standover, and an efficient pedaling platform, and you’ve got a bike built to take youngsters from playful laps to serious lines. From backyard jump lines to their first real descent—they’ll clear it, send it, and ask to ride it again.
PROCESS 246 RIDE FEEL
- Intentionally mimics the Process ride feel. Easy to learn, easy to progress – designed for the ‘aspirational’ to become the ‘aspired to’
- Custom tune for lightweight riders: Sensitivity where you want it – more supple on chatter and at slower speeds / Progressive where it’s needed – ramps up smoothly to support high-speed corners, bigger hits, and those “figuring it out” moments.
- Balanced, intuitive kinematics – predictable, easy to trust, and designed to feel natural for small riders at any level.
- Confidence-inspiring features: PNW-informed design – built to take on slick roots, loose corners, and whatever else gets in the way.
- Customizable brake levers – adjustable throw for small hands that will grow.
- Size longevity without compromise – a flip-chip that lets the bike grow with the rider without messing with what makes it ride right

THE PROCESS LINE
The Process lineup was built around a simple idea: riders should find a bike that feels right, not just one that “technically fits.” By closing gaps between traditional sizes and wheel platforms, the Process family gives more riders a bike that truly feels right underneath them—not too big, not too stiff, and never like an afterthought. From the Process 246 to the Process 134 lineup, each bike delivers balanced handling, predictable suspension performance, and the same confidence-inspiring ride feel the Process is known for.
- Process 246 (One-size): 26” front / 24” rear, with geo-corrected full 26” compatibility
- Process 134 (X-Small) : 27.5” with geo-corrected MX compatibility
- Process 134 (Small) : 29” / 27.5” MX setup with geo-corrected full 29” compatibility
- Process 134 (Medium – X-Large) : Full 29” with geo-corrected MX compatibility
Every size is intentionally considered. Smaller riders aren’t just getting “less bike”—they’re getting bikes designed to ride right for them.
Because when a bike fits right, progression feels natural. Confidence comes more easily. And the ride gets a whole lot more fun.
