I was wondering if you could fit a Superlight V2 straight onto a Super Deluxe Coil without an adapter. The Rockshox ID is 38mm and EXT ID is 38.5mm. I'm guessing the internal diameter expands a little on compression so there must be at least a 0.5mm of wiggle room.

Has anyone tried it?

I've used EXT on the Super D but I used the adapter because EXT spring was too short for a 250x75mm stroke shock.

Thanks! I'm wondering if the C75 or even a C90 would fit without an adapter on a 65mm stroke SD

RS springs for 57.5-65mm are 151mm. I'm trying to find the length of a EXT V2 C75 but can't find it.
