Anyone have any bike fit adjustments that can get rid of knee pain, its super hard to book a bike fit where I live and I need something temporary until i do
Getting your leg extended, bike fits are generally not good for the knees, especially if you have knee issues before hand.
Lots of Ex roadies around here end up with knee problems due to bike fits due to not enough knee extension.
MTB fits are much different to normal bike fits as the position is way more dynamic and it just ends up being a period of experimenting.
Sometimes changing pedals, either way can help, generally clips will provide more movement for any rotation - a flat can provide a better static position.
