I'm guessing there are some riders reading the forums who help organize races and thought some might enjoy seeing these fun medals. I don't know the people behind the company (Stay Rad Awards) that does these, so I hope this comes across like sharing something new to me that I like about what someone's doing in cycling. The volunteers working the trophy table at these races seemed pretty delighted. As one of the many racers who are not in the league of giant novelty check / bottle of champagne on the podium kind of recognition for good results, I think these are pretty cool.
This one is modular in a way I thought was really clever. For the double header, there's a bronze, silver, or gold insert for each day held in place by a pair of magnets.
