I have a chance to buy a Husqvarna Extreme cross 9 downhill E-bike but don't really want a dual crown fork. I will mainly be using the bike for enduro style riding. Is it possible to swap out the dual crown fork for a standard style fork?
I am not sure if there is any differences in frame construction or anything else with a downhill bike.
Thanks in advance

yes should be possible, you may need new headset bearings as a Dual crown has a different steerer tube diameter.

The Geo could be quite close to been stock, if I remember correct a 190mm zeb or 180mm 38 has the same Axle to crown as a 200mm DH fork.

But in short, yes definitely can be done with a bit of parts swapping.

You'll want to keep travel in mind, as going with a new fork with less travel would result in a lowered front end and everything else that comes with that. Mainly HT angle
