can anyone tell me what its the difference between these two shocks. i have a 2013 specialized sworks demo and i want to try this shock.

whats the difference between the mid and the low comp?

That's the compression tune. One has a greater amount of compression damping than the other. I'd suggest finding out which tune Specialized recommends.
