That is shock top out due to the lack of rebound damping. It needs to go back to the manufacturer or to an authorized service center for repair. Sorry.
It sounds pretty bad tbh, like ends of the shock body and air can inside are making hard contact as it extents without any control which means something may have come apart inside. The last shock I felt with that had a similar issue the rebound assembly had self destructed and destroyed the shock from the inside. Try sending it back for a cheaper fix but that's likely new shock time.
