Its been a long time since I have built a bike from the frame up, but to get this bike finished was something i was looking forward to. I came off the Intense Tracer and built the New Intense Carbine. I can't believe the progression and advances the new bike has. My Carbine weighs in at 27.8 lbs climbs like an XC bike and handles like a dream in rough terrain. The new frame is much more stable and planted, but I think the biggest gain was in the Tallas fork with the added adjustability for climbing. on another note the addition of the water bottle cage is nice
old-
my tracer had 160mm xfusion forks, FOX RP23 shock with XT group and SLX cranks.
new-
New ride is a XO groupo with XT cranks due to BB92 BB, FOX Kashima 36 tallas, Kashima RP23 shock, I9 wheels, and Reverb drop seat post, Easton stem with Easton carbon Havoc bars. Candy pedals, SDG titanium seat
