Longest day challenge

For the summer solstice I rode my bikepacking rig from sunrise to sunset, 5:34 AM to 9:25 PM. I did this ride a week before the solstice, but used the actual sunrise and sunset times from the solstice at my location.

This proved to be quite a tough day, but I would recommend to anyone else to give your own longest day challenge a shot, even if you can't do the entire day like I did. It's incredibly rewarding to see just what you can push yourself to do within one day.
