Can't See Activity on New Device

So I posted a few things on Vital on my tablet and then later that day signed into Vital on my laptop, but I couldn't see my activity. Is this a bug, or is it just me? Also, I was gonna make a new thread to ask this question in the About Vital MTB Forums page but when I clicked submit, there was a message saying, "No such file or directory @ rb_sysopen - /var/www/vitalmtb/log/rescue.log"
