Buying a new frame

So i have a 2017 Banshee Rune V2 and its a size large. Now in todays geo its a Medium. I found a Banshee rune V3 in a size XL and i think i might trying to get it(the frame) my plan is to transfer all the parts on my current bike to the new frame. Would that work or are there any parts that i would need to buy new? I havnt changed anything on my current rune. Would i run into any problems when it comes t components sizing?

You have to take both frames information sheets and compare the numbers : rear hub size, dropper post size and diameter, bottom bracket size, etc. Bikes have evolved over the years will be potentially not possible to keep a lot.
