Just received my axle today from Burgtec to get rid of the quick release lever on the rear axle. The new axle is shorter than the one that came stock with my 2022 Santa Cruz Tallboy (minus the quick release lever). Their site showed this was correct for the Tallboy V4. What do you guys think?

Nope, looks like maybe a non-Boost axle?

Yea the threads barley catch, I’m going to get the correct length one. The one I ordered is a 168.5x12, their site showed this was correct. It turns out I need the 173x12 axle for my bike. It’s my fault for not double checking. No biggie…But on the plus side, it is the correct length for my Santa Cruz Chameleon “V7”
