I am from Salt Lake City, Utah, but currently reside in Laramie, Wyoming to pursue a degree in mechanical engineering at the University of Wyoming. I come from a motocross background, but switched over to mountain bikes and I have been racing for about 5 years. I have worked my way through the ranks and earned my pro upgrade after winning the 2013 USA Gravity National Championship in Cat 1. I enjoy racing downhill, but I spend the vast majority of my time on a trail bike due to my current geographic location.
