Rear travel is 234mm. I built a single speed mid-drive system to delete the multi speed hub, which makes this the lightest zerode you’re likely to find. I still have the hub and shifter if you want to convert it back to factory equipment. I recommend the single speed life, though. Shifting is overrated on a DH bike. No issues...

I like idea of a suspension design which covers an area, rather than a straight or curved line. It allows for some sharp-edged hits to be absorbed in a way that standard suspension can't approach. What I don't like is the "magic link" portion of the suspension to be virtually un-damped, Even pristine demo bikes tried to send the rider OTB if the lateral portion of the suspension was utilized. This doofus tries really hard to portray a ZANY SCIENTIST, but as far as I can tell his only talent is in marketing. I cannot wait to see how badly...

To put weight only on the sit bones. I have a friend with scar tissue from surgery on her inner leg. She uses something similar because it's the only saddle which doesn't cause numbness and pain. You lose some control without the nose, but you also lose contact with the perineum.
