your spacer will go between white piston and blue piston

3/1/2013 5:51am http://service.foxracingshox.com/consumers/Content/mtbspringratecalculator.htm just enter in your weight, travel of the bike, stroke of shock and how my sag you would like to run. then it will give you the ideal spring rate and a couple spring rates both directions of the ideal one

3/1/2013 5:42am is it a solo air, 2-step or coil? solo air is easy to do. coil not as easy as you have to cut the coil and 2-step i wouldnt
