It says inconsistencies, simply saying that is what you get to a degree with a handmade frame. Orange have got the geometry spot on which can't be said of a lot of bikes.
Bead inconsistencies in the welding, surely your missing the point here, this is a plus point for many and one of the nice touches a hand made frame gives you, can't be said of many bikes today. There can be two arguments about the rear end too, in 'my' opinion Oranges give you far more feedback as to what your wheels are doing, allowing you to feel the trail, much like a sports car with mechanical steering versus electronic. Only downside is it can be less forgiving of a poor set up.
